As new members to the Foundation Level service you can choose between two options as a welcome to joining us! You can choose between an interactive business game to determine the people challenges you would like to focus on for your business OR a free course of your choice run at your location.
Option 1: Business Game
Our unique ATTRACT|DEVELOP|RETAIN business game supports businesses in identifying where you are working well and areas of your people plan that you may need to refocus. This 3 to 4 hour process is great in a team environment where you would like all of your senior team to identify what's working well and not so well and create a clear plan for the future. It's also great used as a team building event during a management team meeting.
Option 2: Training course run for your team
We will run a free course of your choice or you can pick from one of our established courses.
Enterprise level serves larger organisations and multi-nationals. We provide anything from interim support and skills when needed to cover project workload to development activities and team facilitation.
