Depending on the career coaching need will depend on which tools we use. Typically, we would consider the following options at the start of a five to six-session coaching intervention.
Career Coaching for individuals who would like to understand their future career options, we would consider the Hogan careers profile. This is a light touch version to the HPI and provides insights into preferences, and the coach will support in identifying roles that may suit and development steps to make.
Mid-Career Rejuvenation: This is ideal for individuals who are a transition point in their career; they either pursue a career in the field that they are currently in or wish to consider other directions. Our mid-career rejuvenation model explores elements of their past career that they want to to leave behind and parts they would like to take forward. We work together to explore future options and steps to achieve their future ambitions.
